Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026 · Terms of Use for the Imove.to online platform.

1. Scope of Application & Platform Model

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website and platform Imove.to. The platform is operated by Imove.to LLC (headquartered in the USA). Imove.to provides an online network where users can access information regarding relocation topics and submit non-binding inquiries for relocation-related services.

2. Intermediation of Services (No Main Contract)

Imove.to acts purely as an intermediary and platform operator. Explicitly, no contracts for operational relocation services, real estate brokerage, or other on-site services are concluded directly via the platform itself.

Important Legal Notice:

Main contracts regarding the actual execution of moving, consulting, or local services are concluded exclusively and directly between the user and the respective independent cooperation partner (local expert) in the chosen destination city. Imove.to LLC shall not be liable for breaches of duty, delays, or damages resulting from the contractual relationship between the user and the local partner.

3. Use of the Platform & Inquiries

The use of informational content on Imove.to as well as submitting requests via the contact form is generally free of charge for the user. The user agrees to provide exclusively truthful, accurate, current, and complete information within their inquiries. There is no entitlement to a successful match or the acceptance of an inquiry by a local partner.

4. Limitation of Liability

Imove.to LLC is liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, Imove.to LLC is only liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal duty), the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the platform agreement. The content on our platform has been created with the utmost care; however, we assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided by the local partners.

5. Final Provisions & Applicable Law

Contracts between the user and Imove.to LLC shall be governed by the laws of the country where the company has its registered office (USA), provided that this is not counter to mandatory statutory regulations of the state in which the user has their habitual residence. Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
